Case study · Executive Health
Measured first.
Then amplified.
Executive Health gives premium preventive health screenings. At the start, nobody could fully trust their marketing reports. We built one funnel that we can measure from start to end, across search, social media and connected TV.

The problem
Nobody could trust the measurement. Thus, nobody could trust a performance claim, not even a good one.
Each budget decision used numbers that nobody could verify. If you increase a channel on those numbers, you make a guess with a larger invoice. Thus, our work started with the tracking, not with the campaigns.
What we did, in order
Four steps, one strategy.
-
01
Fix the tracking first
We rebuilt the Meta pixel and the page tracking before we changed a campaign. All the numbers in this case study depend on this step.
-
02
Test the angle, not the audience
We wrote three creative angles: social proof, life stage and ritual. We tested them on the same audience with the same budget. Thus, only the creative changed.
-
03
Reach people at the moment of intent
Our Google Ads search campaigns reached people when they searched for a health screening. The result: 974% ROAS, and 230 conversions from 821K impressions.
-
04
Use the same creative on connected TV
We used the same main creative on connected TV. Thus, the brand work and the performance work had one message. The creative won two Airspot 2026 awards: Excellence in Brand Awareness on CTV, and CTV Pioneer Award of the Year.

The same main creative also ran on connected TV. It won two Airspot 2026 awards: Excellence in Brand Awareness on CTV, and CTV Pioneer Award of the Year.
What it provesThe award-winning brand spot and the high-return search campaign are one strategy at different distances.
A brand spot and a performance campaign give the same message at different distances. Most teams manage them in separate departments. We manage them as one.
