An echo is sound that returns. Marketing should work the same way: every krona you spend should come back as something you can count. That’s what we’re here to make happen.
It started with listening.
Before échO, we sat across from a lot of business owners. Most of them said the same thing: their agency never really listened to them.
When we looked at their marketing, there was always a missing link. The ads promised one thing and the website said another. Customers got interested, then got lost somewhere between the first click and the checkout.
So in 2022 we built échO around connecting those links. Your website, your ads and your message are planned together, so that when your customers find you, everything they see feels made for them.

Before we meet, we go through your website or webshop, your ads, your offer and the way you talk about your product. That way we don’t spend the meeting asking things we could have looked up.

You tell us about your business and your customers, what has worked so far and what hasn’t. Then we talk through the different ways you could market your product.

After the meeting we follow the path your customers take, from the first time they see you to the moment they buy, and find where they drop off. You get a step-by-step plan to fix it.
